Bob Thompson is the former president of Sprint’s residential long-distance division, where he was responsible for the company’s $2 billion consumer business as part of his 24-year career in the telecommunications industry.
In his "second career" Bob served as executive director for the Christian Festival Association, an association of 40 of North America’s largest outdoor Christian music events. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the College of William and Mary's Mason School of Business since 2005.
Bob speaks regularly to groups on topics of leadership and business ethics. He has had a lifelong passion for music, and began his walk with Jesus Christ at a Christian music festival in 1996.
Nancy L. Thompson

Nancy Thompson is a career educator, beginning with a four-year career as a high school science teacher, and continuing with over ten years of teaching experience in local chapters of Community Bible Study - an international non-denominational study of God’s word. In 1999, Nancy formed a local chapter of Teen Community Bible Study in the Kansas City area, where she served as teaching director until 2001. Nancy received her Master's Degree in American Studies in 2008 from the College of William and Mary, with a concentration in postmodern culture and education.
Nancy has also served as CFO and Christian education director for Atlanta Fest, the south's largest Christian music festival, and as CFO for the Christian Festival Association.
